Me, John, and Sarah all recently purchased the ALadrs 3PCS ACF Film for our resin 3D printers and let me tell you, we are blown away! This film is compatible with so many different models including my Anycubic Photon Mono M7 Pro and Sarah’s Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra. It’s a game changer for sure!
One of the things that impressed us the most was the high quality material used for this ACF Release Film. The smooth release side has a protective blue film that needs to be removed before use, but once that’s done, it’s smooth sailing. We made sure to lay it flat on a clean table to avoid any creases and it worked perfectly. Plus, the frosted back side is perfect for facing the LCD screen.
But what really sets this product apart is its smaller fluctuation compared to other release films like NFEP and FEP. The release force is less and there’s less deformation during printing which means a higher success rate and better detail in our models. And let’s not forget about the higher speed and durability thanks to ACF’s lower release force. Our prints have never looked better!
And as if all that wasn’t enough, this ACF film also has a higher heat resistance than nFEP and FEP. It can handle temperatures up to 500°F/260°C with a melting point of 580°F/305°C. That’s some serious durability! Needless to say, we are all extremely satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend it to anyone with a resin 3D printer.
